Develop royalty accounting system in RPG-III. Later rewritten in Cobol.

Domino's Pizza: Sales and Delivery

Produced a reporting system to correlate Service and Delivery with same-store sales.Tom Monaghan, the owner, felt that stores who delivered quickly would have increased sales. Over the time that I was there, the companywide delivery time reduced from 32 minutes to 28 minutes.

Advice to Owner

I advised Mr. Monaghan that I recommended that he form a computer department. He took the advice, and shortly worked with IBM.
